All About Pets in Provo is hands down one of the best veterinary clinics I’ve ever been to, and that’s entirely because of the incredible care and dedication shown by Dr. Arnold and his team. From the moment you walk through the doors, you can tell this place isn’t just about business—it’s about truly caring for animals and the people who love them. I recently brought in my dog, Buck, to be neutered, and while the surgery itself went well, we had an unexpected complication with the medication afterward. It was a stressful situation, but Dr. Arnold handled it with professionalism, compassion, and expertise. He was able to quickly identify the issue and switch Buck to a medication that was more appropriate for his specific needs. What impressed me most was how calm, clear, and reassuring he was throughout the entire process. On top of that, Dr. Arnold went above and beyond to make sure Buck received timely follow-up care. He even double-booked his appointments just to fit us in and ensure Buck got exactly what he needed, when he needed it. That kind of flexibility and commitment is something you don’t see every day. And to make it even more amazing, the follow-up visit—which was necessary and extremely helpful—was provided at no charge. That level of generosity and integrity really sets him apart. It’s obvious that Dr. Arnold truly cares about each animal that comes through his clinic. He doesn’t just treat symptoms; he pays attention, takes his time, and genuinely wants the best outcome for every pet. He treated Buck like his own dog, and that meant the world to me. If you're looking for a knowledgeable, compassionate, and trustworthy vet who truly goes the extra mile, I cannot recommend All About Pets and Dr. Arnold highly enough. This is the kind of care every pet deserves.

My dogs love the staff at All About Pets. I have one who is extremely nervous and Drs Rimmasch and Arnold was so patient with her. Always would recommend!

Love this Vet and, also, their grooming service. The doctors and staff are very friendly and helpful. They take time for thorough exams, and explain well any issues with my dogs. My dogs love it here. ha ha. They jump out of the car and practically run into the office. The groomers are awesome! My dogs love to go there!

Vet is always thorough and kind. We always get an estimate on services and more importantly, he tells us straight up if services are even recommended. He's helped us through the lifespan of a car and a dog, including end of life care for one and humane ending of life for the other. We're now two years into another dog, a rambunctious rescue dog. And all is going well despite a couple of procedures this breed tends to have, cysts. Thank you for decades of great friendly service!

My wife and I got a kitten and All About Pets has been fantastic! We were able to get her spayed and all of her shots and now we know she is safe and protected. Dr. Arnold is so caring when handling the animals and is very knowledgeable and gives great recommendations to help her anxiety around other people and cats. My cat is mean to other people but they took great care of her. After her spay, her stitches healed way faster than expected and she is doing great.

Had to say goodbye to our sweet Sookie, and there was only one place we knew we should take her. The doctor stayed late on Saturday to accommodate us. He explained to us our options and they were compassionate and very respectful of our wishes for her. They kept her comfortable, and the stress levels down. Thank you for making this sad experience a little more bearable.

I went here to get a rabies vaccine for my Buddy. They said it was only $18 and it came out to $17.90. Upon arrival I called the office and they sent out a beautiful assistant who listened patiently to my ramblings about just moving here and my dog's obscure breed. Despite not being able to find his harness before leaving, not a single negative tone or impatient squint indicated annoyance at my blunder. The deed was done quickly, and they brought my energized puppers out with paperwork and tag. The employee I spoke to was courteous, answered several questions I had about dog vaccines and pet licensing in UT county quickly and accurately, effortlessly demonstrating her knowledge and professionalism. The grounds and facility were clean and well kept. Signage easy to see, read and understand. In the words of California's aged Austrian Governator: "I'll be back"

Dr. Rimmasch takes very good care of our animals. He is quick to return phone calls and refill prescriptions. He takes the time to listen, and answer our questions.

This place is the ONLY place I will ever take my pets. I inherited a dog with my marriage and she became my best friend from day one. Never knew I could love an animal as much as I loved my little “puma”. She was a little maltipom. I cannot begin to tell you how good all about pets treated our little puma. The grooming was always fantastic and Dr Rimash helped that little pup stay alive for years past what she was expected (6 more to be exact) just so happens that 6 was when she was in my life. She passed away recently. We took her in to all about pets and the Dr to say our goodbye. It was unbearably hard but they even shined during that hard time. I would trust them with any of my pets needs in the future.
